Ring Resizing
We offer a complimentary one-time resizing service for rings. Please contact us at the.hammer@hotmail.co.uk to arrange this service.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Items must be free from scratches or damage

• Items must be returned in original packaging

We accept returns for change of mind, as well as faulty or incorrectly dispatched items.

Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return
Please email the.hammer@hotmail.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the return process.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
